Practice Makes Perfect

Our practices are structured workouts of interval training and stroke-improvement drills (our coaches will explain). With six lanes in the pool, we are able to fit everyone into a group that suits their level of ability.

Please show up for deck stretching and pool set up 15 minutes early.

Donald D. Summerville Outdoor Olympic pool complex is located on the beach, at Woodbine Park. This facility features a 50 metre Olympic size pool (minus 9 inches), 25metre training pool, and a separate diving pool. The diving pool features 5m & 10m diving platforms.
