Social EventsDryland Workout - May 26th We spend plenty of time in the pool, but training outside of the water is just as important. That’s why the Social Committee and the Board are excited to launch a new series of dryland workouts designed to build strength, improve mobility, support recovery, and help prevent injuries. Our first session will be led by Abadi Merwass - a licensed Osteopathic Practitioner,Personal Trainer, and Exercise Therapist (and a former DSC member!). We couldn’t have asked for a better instructor.
